The onboarding process, made simple…

Step 1 - Contact Aura Assist

Once you know what support services you require from us, all you need to do is contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss your needs and budget. We will then come up with a support package that is tailor made for your business.

Step 2 - Review Your Quote and Sign Your Contract

After contacting us, we will send you through a quote and a contract to sign. That will outline everything we discussed. We do not believe in one contract fits all, our agreements will outline everything we have agreed from payment method to outcomes. This document is to protect you as well as us.

Step 3 - Setting up your payment method

At Aura Assist we believe in efficiency & accessibility, so we have made sure we have various options to when it comes to making payment, depending on what best suits you and your business. We accept all major debit/credit cards, BACs Transfer, Direct Debit, Standing Order

Step 4 - Your Accounts is setup and you’ll be allocated an Accounts Manager

Your account has now been setup and you’ll be allocated an accounts manager who will take care of you from now on. This means you have one point of contact who will be able to make sure all you needs are met.

They will contact you to discuss everything that is needed for us to start working for you and your business. This might include things like passwords, software access, email access etc.
